My Husband has just been discharged from norfolk and norwich hospital after having part of his lung removed, and having two setbacks of pneumonia, during which he was placed in a coma to help him recover.
I wanted to speak to a medical proffessional to check he was doing okay as he still has a great deal of mucus coming up, and seems to be more weary than he was.
They basically said there are no appointments so tough, it is not like he could go and see them anyway as he is still very weak, in my opinion they should come and check he is okay.
but they will not come out or even see you.
Service there is none. you can never get an appointment.
My husband has been discharged into my care but I believe I should get some support as I am not medically trained.
When you ring you get some phone operator who has no medical knowledge and may as well say go and die, as that is definately the attitude.
Utterly appalling service
he who calls here abandon all hope
"Impossible to see a doctor or even a nurse"
