About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Female Medical

Female medical has been good, they are all so nice. The place is nice I cannot complain about it, we are not at a hotel. The environment is okay, the place is noisy but not too bad. The only thing is the lighting, the way you cannot do what you want and everyone’s is the same.

The staff have been nothing but pleasant, they are so accommodating. They always are nice and never look frustrated which surprises me. By the looks of it they love their jobs and their standards are high.

Thank you for your feedback, I am pleased you enjoyed your experience in female medical

Our staff try their best to be accommodating to all patients at all times, our staff pride themselves on their pleasant and accommodating nature and I am glad this is being felt at patient level.

I will give the staff feedback on your experience

It's unfortunate you found it noisy. We try to keep noise to a minimum however it is the largest ward with forty patients and with multiple staff it can get noisy

We are working on initiatives and trials on how to reduce noise

The lights unfortunately I have no control over but I will liaise with my colleagues to see is there anything we can do
