We have been dealing with one particular secretary in the cardiology dept
After a pacemaker was fitted I needed to get my licence reinstated by DVLA
The secretary in question has supported and helped us so much and gone above and beyond in her help
I am not allowed to name her but she deserves recognition and has our eternal thanks
