"A&E and Ward D8 at the QMC"

Want to thank the staff in the A&E department who although we’re under pressure we’re all friendly and helpful. The only downside in this department was making those suffering with back issues sit on uncomfortable chairs for considerable amounts of time. Something that could be resolved with new chairs to make patients more comfortable whilst waiting to be assessed.

Also want to thank the staff on the Spinal Ward (D8) at the QMC. Who helped me during my short spell on this ward. The Nurses/Healthcare assistants/Physiotherapists were all very friendly and offered support when needed. Their positive attitude also helps patients with their rehabilitation and their road to recovery.
