"Slow speed chaos"

About: Royal Bolton Hospital

After waiting for over an hour I still did not get triaged and I left and self medicated. There was no urgency about anyone in the whole area . I saw more security staff than I did clinicians . I saw medical staff chatting to friends mid shift, and doing very non medical work like bringing tea and arranging transport . Let medical staff do medical things and get them to pick up the pace
