"Busy staff deserve more credit"

The staff are very good on ward A8, especially the night staff, but why why why are they so short staffed? They do not get the credit they deserve and it’s unfair to see staff moaned at because they weren’t quick enough doing things by other patients when they are run ragged to the bone! This is so unfair and the top bosses need to sort it and pull there finger out or better still get a uniform on and help them out.
