I visited Ayr Hospital for a Colonoscopy.
Like many patients I was nervous on the day.
From my arrival I was treated courteously and respectfully and at all times I was kept informed and felt I was in control.
The procedure was was over very quickly. My recovery was quick, even after having opted for sedation, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff looking after me.
I was most impressed by the organisation, care and attention shown by the staff team and felt that I was in safe hands throughout.
