"Poor care"

About: Poole Hospital

I attended the dermatology outpatient clinic for skin cancer treatment and I was given several creams to apply at home. However the verbal instructions regarding how/when/in what order to apply the treatments was unclear and inadequate (no printed info given).

I tried to contact dermatology dept multiple times to get the information I needed but couldn't get through. The contact number on the hospital website was unavailable or incorrect. The hospital pharmacy were unable to help. I will try looking up the information on google!
