"It is the little things that count during a stressful time."

I just wanted to thank a lady called Julia who took my call this morning. 

Last year I was referred to the South Eastern Health and Social Care Trust by my GP and more recently a number of weeks ago. This morning I rang to make an enquiry regarding my referral and spoke to a lovely lady called Julia in the outpatients appointment office. 

I just wanted to thank her for her patience, caring and helpful nature in handling my call. It made such a difference to me to ring and be listened too and not made to feel like I was being rushed or wasting anyones time. 

It is the little things that count during a stressful time waiting on an appointment.
