"Need a good seat in the reception & more doctors"

About: Darent Valley Hospital

Everyone who visits A&E could wait nearly 4 hours. Why can't you lay a decent comfortable seats in your reception area?? even though we subscribe lot of money every month we wait long. But you wont change patients waiting time. Depend patients visit, administers update the facility including Doctors. I know it's not happen in NHS. If you change seats at least Patients can forget their pain and wait.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review regarding the chairs and the wait times within our A&E Department. With regards to the chairs within the department, we are sorry that you found them uncomfortable, however we do need to ensure that they are reliable, hygienic and easy to clean. We are unsure if changing the chairs will make patients forget their pain or how long they may wait to be seen.
