(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

My son was admitted to Daisy Children’s Ward for his ongoing investigations. Everything has been fine on the ward. The staff have all been very good – 100%. I wouldn’t like to name anyone in particular as they have all been good. I am honestly very happy with everyone. The communication has been very good with every staff member. The attitude of staff has also been good – I have had no issues.

The only issue I have had has been with the blinds – they are not very good. A roller blind or curtain really is needed. If you have a child who is sick you really need sleep, especially now in the longer days when the sun doesn’t set until 10pm and rises at 5am. Other than this I have no further suggestions for improvements.
