I've called the Endocrine centre 12 times yesterday (different times of the day), 2 times today. The phone will ring, no one will pick it up.
I called the general switchboard to see if they can give me any advice / solution. I called 3 times. After waiting a few minutes it just hangs up on you. I finally got to go through and mentioned this to the lady that ended up picking up and she literally couldn't care less if the switchboard was or wasn't working. No advice on how to contact the Endocrine centre either, her response: "they will be very busy but I'll pass you on".
The Endocrine centre sent me an appointment to check my blood, with no blood tests attached. I cannot request them to be sent or change my appointment because no one will pick up the phone.
Waste of time, doctor will call for a pointless appointment.
