(as a service user),

I attended Inverclyde Royal Hospital today for an MRI scan. The staff involved met me promptly at my appointment time. They were courteous and helpful, explaining the procedure and providing a very high level of care, which I very much appreciated.  I received a highly professional standard of care along with a friendly and helpful manner. We have a health service to be proud of. Thank you.

PS. I found it difficult finding this site to leave feedback. The leaflet I picked up at the department was not helpful in locating this site to leave feedback. If you want a larger response you should make it easier to do so.

Dear Dr.Phil

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your excellent experience whilst attending for your MRI scan. The staff are all working very hard and the fact that you have recognised their care and professionalism is a boost to them all.

We are also completing a trial for the Care Opinion website and it is very helpful to understand that the leaflets do not give you enough information. We will design new leaflets and use patient feedback to ensure the leaflets give clear information.
