I tried to call after 8am 10/06/22 was on hold 47 minutes then phone went silent for 32 minutes. I managed to call back after mid day by choosing a difference option the made her aware theres an issue with their phone she said its not a issue patience are trying to get through and proceeded to say ive book your appointment taking over me and that if i wanted to complain and cut me off.

Im in shock the service is awful
