my brother was taken to A and E in a very poorly state. The staff were very professional, friendly, kind, caring and calm. They did the necessary tests and as soon as they had the results they went into action to administer the drugs he needed. Yes, there was waiting around - results are not instant and I prefer accuracy. The whole staff worked as a team and communicated what was needed. I was kept fully in the loop as to what would happen next.

He was eventually admitted to a ward in again a very professional way, paying attention to his needs and I was included in the whole process.
