After waiting for a call back from 111 ( 5 mins to get through and an hour before a call back), we were advised yo go to A&E . I'm presently sat here 4 hrs later hearing others here who've been waiting 9+ hours. People are in pain, one doctor on all night we're advised. This is the state of the NHS something had to change for everyone concerned! If we were kept informed whilst waiting it might help but the never ending uncertainty is torture when in pain.
