"Unresponsive"

The initial consultation and the first session were amazing - really professional and helpful. However, it went completely downhill afterwards. Sessions were scheduled without an explanation how they'd be conducted, and although I waited for them no contact was made, and later I was blamed for mssing them - greast for adding to stress and anxiety; when I pleaded for another phone consulation, just like the first one, that was ignored. This is totally unprofessional and not just unhelpful but adding to stress and anxiety
