About: South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust / Condition Management Programme

(as a service user),

I was referred to trust physio, Seana

The first contact was a phone call during which I found Seana very

empathetic and understanding of the amount of pain I was in and the impact

it was having on my quality of life.

The phone calls continued on a 2 weekly basis and I took on board and put

into practice the excellent advice given to me.
