I was diagnosed with MS. I wanted to be able to manage my work as a Special Needs Teacher. The CMP helped me learn to accept aspects of my condition and to manage them more effectively.

You have captured so well the objective of CMP. The service aims to provide bespoke support to clients to overcome and adjust to health related barriers and achieve their goals of staying at work, returning to or moving closer to work. We are thrilled that you have been able to benefit from the programme and this story will be shared with the entire team.
