We have worked with ICATT for a long time now and have always found them to be excellent at what they do. Whenever we call them, they are always easy to talk to. So much so Vicky the team admin just knows our voices now we don’t even have to give our names and she can still put us through to the right person.
On this occasion a lady came into one of the unplanned care beds. She was having a bad time with her physical health and that impacted on her mental health, this unfortunately caused her placement to breakdown.
Ruth really was the perfect advocate for this lady. She helped so much with the social workers. It was Ruth who found the placement for the lady to move on to. She always does her very best for the person she is working with. The whole team are just the best and we enjoy working with them
