"Abysmal service"

About: Connect Physical Health

Connect health made contact after I was referred by my GP.

They used my contact details, my telephone number and my NHS details to send information to the WRONG person. When I pointed out the mistake they eventually sent a letter, but no apology for misuse of my personal data.I then received an appointment which was OK but I was promised follow-up physiotherapy information that never arrived. My attempts to query Connect Health have not been acknowledged or recdived any reply.
