(as a relative),

I would like to thank the police officer and Nurse Jo who came to help my sister in a very difficult situation at the police station. They did everything they could to try and get her to come home with us but unfortunately had no other option in the end but to detain her. They explained step by step what was happening and we felt in very safe hands, and was given reassurance that it would be ok.

I phoned jo a couple of times in the days afterwards for advice and she was more than happy to help.

Thankyou again I’m sorry I can’t remember the officers name.

Thank you for taking the time to post your positive feedback regarding the Street Triage Team.

I am glad to hear that your experience with the team has been helpful, it is kind of you to take the time to post something at a time of stress for your family.

Feedback of any kind is really helpful for teams, staff feel very encouraged when they receive positive comments, I will make sure the staff in the team including the attending police officer see your post.

I hope your sister is on the road to recovery.
