"Impressed with the high quality of care"

I was admitted to Ward 3 North from ED after developing complications from a surgery. I have only been in the ward for a couple of days now, I am very impressed with the high quality of care me and the other patients is receiving even though this can be such a busy ward, with admissions day and night. Staff are professional, pleasant, and helpful, though it was very obvious that their workload was high with some very unwell patients to look after. Clinical observations has been happening when they were supposed to, as do medicine rounds also the consultants come round twice a day!!

Having previously had surgery in Belfast Royal last year, I would also say that the food in Craigavon Area Hospital is so much nicer! I have loved all the main dishes and especially the toast- delicious!

It's too easy to criticise our NHS and so it's nice to offer praise when quality of treatment and care is just as you would want it to be. I hope people read this and come to the realisation of how hard the staff and the whole of the NHS truly do work! Brilliant Craigavon Area Hospital.
