"Great and fast experience on Children's Ward"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Daisy Paediatric Ward Daisy Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

After my daughter developed a high temperature I brought her to Daisy Hill's Emergency Department. Our experience here was great and all the nurses were lovely - especially Bronagh who was absolutely excellent.

Up on the Children's Ward it has been great. All the staff have been absolutely lovely. They all have a brilliant attitude towards their patients and their work. Any communication I have had with staff has been dead on. I would particularly like to mention nurses Shauna, Stephanie, Bronagh and Health Care Assistant Jennifer.

I have no suggestions for improvements. My overall experience has been great and everything has been done so fast which I have found to be good.

Dear Natbs79

it is lovely to read your feedback and I am delighted to hear you had a positive journey from the ED through to Daisy Ward. I am glad that your daughter was so well taken care of and that all the staff have been supportive throughout your stay. Shauna, Stephanie, Bronagh, Jennifer and the wider team will be so pleased to hear your lovely comments which I will be sure to share with them.

I hope your daughter has recovered well and I wish you both all the best.

Kind regards,

Jodie
