I was running late to an appointment at hairmyres day unit. I got a little lost and ended up at the wrong clinic but in the same area. The young man who answered the door explained the unit was in the same building but round the front and upstairs. When I went to leave he asked me if I was OK and he seen me wobble I had fell that morning and hurt my leg at this he helped me in and helped me through the building to the lift without walking round the building.
When I got to the day unit the staff were lovely and helped me out. From reception to the clinical support to the nurses. They made me feel comfortable. Ensuring I was ok often.
They were all lovely people making me feel so cared for.
