"Waste Of Time"

About: Friarage Hospital Site

I had a blood test last week and a CT scan two days ago. I came to the hospital for my blood test results which turned out to show nothing. The CT scan results were not back yet. I waited an hour to be seen and numerous people arrived after me but were seen before me.

I live an hour's drive away so altogether I've wasted over 3 hours just to be told nothing. The blood test results show nothing and the CT scan results aren't back yet.

I don't have the time or the money to waste on driving for 2 hours and sitting around for over an hour waiting when all I'm told in the end is that the results show nothing.

It would take seconds to tell me that over the phone.

With the current cost of living crisis I would really appreciate it if the staff at The Friarage could consider that some people just don't have money to throw away on pointless trips to the hospital to be told essentially nothing.
