"Forever grateful"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Elderly Assessment Unit - Ward 102 (SOARS)

(as a service user),

My father was admitted for end of life care in the days leading up to Easter, passing away on Good Friday.

The staff in Ward 102 were fantastic. They maintained my father's dignity during those last days, making sure he was comfortable at all times. Not only did they care for him, but also for me as I spent those last 48 hours beside him.

I will be forever grateful for them making that time a little more bearable because of their kindness and support - thank you so much.

Hello NameName

My condolences to you and your family for the loss of your father.

Thank you so much for taking the time to let us know the fantastic service your family and father received at this difficult time. I will make sure that this is passed on to the team who I know will appreciate the feedback.

Take Care
