From the moment I arrived everyone was really kind and supportive - kindness itself. Taken to a room to have all my information checked with no rush. It may have been routine for the nursing staff but it was done very well and caring.
I was visited by doctors, anaesthetist, then taken to the pre op room again. Everyone was so nice and jolly which is what you want at the time. I had my operation and was taken up to the recovery ward - again very caring. It was all so smooth and well done. I was taken on the ward where the nursing staff were wonderful on the days I was there, so professional and no dreary faces. Nothing was to much trouble. Everyone at Cannock Chase Hospital should be proud of what they have accomplished. Thank you to everyone for making my stay so stress free
