"Admission for breathlessness"

About: Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust

Having gone to A&E on Thursday evening last, I was ultimately admitted and could not fault the care I was given. From G5 ward to the Pleural Disease team that put a chest drain on me, to the nurses and housekeeping teams, I got the best treatment that I could wish for and they all kept my MacMillan nurses informed of my treatment.

Thank you to everyone involved. I realise the tremendous pressure that you are all under and cannot express my sincere appreciation for what you all do.

Dear Barbara,

Thank you very much for taking the time to leave feedback about your recent experience at Frimley Park Hospital.

It is always pleasing – and reassuring! – to receive feedback such as yours that shows how well teams across the Trust are delivering the best joined-up care for our patients and delivering the experiences we strive to provide to all patients.

I shall share your feedback with the appropriate teams.

Kind regards,

Alex Jackson, Patient Experience Manager, Frimley Health Foundation Trust
