Hi my father was recently diagnosed with a hernia in high wycombe buckinghsire he got refered to the hospital went through the appointments and got to funding which was declined. My father is 70s a worked all his life for this to happened I think it needs discussing and the bucks nhs should be ashamed of the self's.
