Many complain of not getting through by telephone, not getting a face to face appointment or receiving the right advice / care only to be responded to on this website imo from reading the replies stereotypically. We cannot be poorly to "order" between 9 and 5 Monday to Friday, get through on the telephone successfully, or have all our symptoms diagnosed correctly by a telephone call. Different online phone call Doctors equates to a different diagnosis. This "try it and see how it goes" approach can waste eveyones time and most importantly the patient suffers more as a result. You will respond by saying "please give more specific details - or write and complain to..." but I and many more (patients, please feel free to agree with me here) believe that you need to generally listen and take a more serious look at how BBR surgery puts into practice improvements for the benefit of all to save on the repetitiveness of many complaints.
I personally have suffered misdiagnosis, ongoing complex health issues, not helped at all by the "appointment / telephone appointment / different face to face Doctors appointments" so have first hand experience to say the least.
