"terrible service"

About: Watford General Hospital

Contacted the department 5 days running at multiple times, but no one answers. The switch board operator is aware of the problem and this is a normal occurrence that they never answer. I asked to go to complaints department but they never answer either. How can they provide care to the public if they are unwilling to speak to anyone.
