"Uncaring"

I went to the emergency eye clinic in February 2022. I informed the nurse that saw me that I had recently had retinal detachment and something was wrong. The nurse immediately told me I wouldn't be able to see a doctor that day. Nobody did any kind of test or looked at the eye. All she did was take me to reception and booked me an appointment for 4 days later. From there my sister took me straight to Moorfields in London, within 30 minutes they had examined me and within an hour I was being operated on because it was an emergency. Shame on you Lister hospital.
