About: Bassetlaw Hospital

I could not fault the level of service and attention I received from all in this department today. From the welcome I received on arrival to the faultless approach from all staff in the department. The service was both friendly and professional and I left with the feeling that I could not have received any better attention.

I would add that I had cause to change this appointment twice due, firstly to holidays and secondly to a positive covid test. On both occasions I was given first class friendly and helpful assistance in arranging an alternative date.
