"A chaos at the A&E"

I spent nightmarish nine hours at the A&E department a few days ago. I was directed by my GP to go there and I brought a lot of paperwork already prepared by him. I learned that all this paperwork was completely ignored and the doctor was trying to invent the wheel again... My GP clearly stated that the CT scan was needed. No CT scan was done then obviously. My blood tests were done after 7 hours of waiting. I don't find this place as professional organised healthcare as it looked more like a random check.
