"A lovely way of dealing with sick children"

About: University Hospital Lewisham / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

My daughter has had heart palpitations. This is our 2nd visit to Lewisham childrens a&e unit in 1 week both visits we were greeted by a lovely guy called Emanuel who works in the childrens a & e department. 

Emanuel both times went above and beyond to make us and others feel welcome, he has a lovely way of dealing with sick children and the parents also both times he has made us both feel at ease.
