"Positive experience in A&E at Livingston"

About: St John's Hospital / Accident & Emergency

(as a relative),

Elderly  relative sent from Edinburgh GP to Livingston  A&E, due to swollen red fingers. Seen by Dr In A&E.

Dr preformed investigations and when results were available, diagnosed gout and treatment commenced. Followed up by phoning next of kin to inform and provided written information covering the next 5 days.

Wonderful service and communication for all to understand. Many thanks .
