Arrived on the epu today after being seen at a&e in London due to some problems, I was anxious, and worried all staff approached me with a friendly face and made me feel at ease I was informed of every step that would be taken from now going forward, & what I can expect to happen. Rachel was amazing put me at ease, was so informative, talked me through everything! She is a absolute asset to your team!
