(as a service user),

Got my procedure done.  The service and the staff was 5 star.  I have never rested as well in hospital. Caithlan was amazing between making beautiful tea, explaining what was happening,  was great, and Ciara just a star making you feel at home. Anything you needed wasn’t a problem plus a doctor came to help me and explained everything.  She was so caring and made you feel at ease, a star. Beautiful people,  a credit to them plus all other staff was just brilliant.
