"Difficult to get Appointment "

I received a call about my blood test results on Sunday which I missed. They called twice within a minute. I called the surgery next day asking to speak to a Dr and I was told to call back at 8.00am on Tuesday. I have now been told that this is a non emergency call therefore, to wait until Sunday to receive another call between 8.00am and 14.00. The service is terrible and I am surprised how hard it is to speak to a medical professional at this surgery. I am unsure if this is as a result of IH Medical or the Dr's who run this practice. At this rate you will no longer have patients as they will move to other practices who actually want to speak to and treat patients in a timely manner.
