About: Lurgan Hospital / Ward 2 Southern Health & Social Care Trust / Virtual Visiting Service

I came to lurgan by ambulance from the royal hospital. The food is excellent I have no complaints, sometimes it can be a bit repetitive but other than that I really enjoy it. The nurses honestly could not be better, they are fantastic. The ward is spotless, the cleaners wipe absolutely everything. The only thing I would like is for there to be a wee bit more visiting as you are only allowed one family member in and I don’t think it’s very fair especially if you have 2 children and one has to wait outside. I used the virtual visiting when I was in Craigavon and the set up and everything is very very good. I went to see my doctor in Belfast and he said to me whatever lurgan are doing they are doing great.
