"The staff were very reassuring and made me feel at ease"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Ophthalmology Victoria Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as a service user),

I attended the ophthalmology department at the Queen Margaret Hospital and also the Victoria Hospital Kirkcaldy to receive my Intravitreal Injections. I was very anxious however, the staff were very reassuring and made me feel at ease.

I would like to say a big thank you to Claire, Pamela, Dr Styles and Dr Rafid for their kindness, love, comfort and concern. When giving the injection I felt no pain.

What wonderful staff all around, their smiles were lovely even the secretary. They all made me feel at ease with everything.

Once again I would like to thank everyone and may God bless you all.

Dear JM123,

Thank you for taking the time to share feedback regarding your experience within the Ophthalmology service. It is lovely to have such good feedback about the whole team and I will take delight in sharing this information with them. As a regular visitor to the service I am pleased that we have delivered a high standard of care on each visit with the department.

Within the Ophthalmology Team we aim to deliver a high standard of care and support to patients.

I will share this wonderful feedback with the team

Kindest Regards

Stacey and the Ophthamology Team
