"The procedure went well"

About: Craigavon Area Hospital / Blossom Ward (Paediatrics)

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

We arrived here this morning as my son had a planned procedure to get his tonsils removed. It went very well, and my son is recovering great, he is in a brilliant mood. The staff are brilliant, they are giving us good updates on how he is getting on. They brought him some cereal and toast too which he ate no problem. We are very comfortable and my son is on the mend.

Thank you for giving us this lovely feedback about our children's ward. It's great to hear that your son is recovering so well after getting his tonsils out and that you are both comfortable and kept updated.

I wish you and your son all the best, David
