The help and understanding of my situation have been of the highest and most professional standard possible. The counsellor has guided me on methods for monitoring and ways in which I can cope with moments of stress, weakness and circumstances where I might regress.
The PCN has always been available and the follow ups have been supportive with reviews of the periods between the consultations.
I definitely consider that I have turned a corner and will continue with what I refer to as my treatment.
My thanks to the PCN and the NHS for providing this service and hope it will continue to be funded in order to help others who have the same or similar illness.
