Arrived at the weekend after midnight with heart attack symptoms. Dealt with promptly and efficiently. Heart attack confirmed and arrangements made for transfer. The staff from reception onwards were professional but what got me was their friendliness and proactive attitudes to checking on me, explaining, reassuring. What a lovely bunch of people.
