"GP will never see patients"

I called to book an appointment over and over again. The doctor only accepts to speak with me on the phone after a week. I asked to see the doctor, I was refused. I was told a physio would call me within a week. This is over a month, no call. I walked to the hospital, but I was told to go back and book an appointment. I booked the appointment, it was a phone call. For over three months, I have not been attended to. It feels terrible to be ignored when you're in constant pain.
