"Big hospital with utterly zero care "

I am never one that goes to hospital. I called 111 whom after questioning asked me to go to hospital. Woowwwww it was a nightmare. I arrived at the hospital @ 11.30pm thinking well it’s midnight, it will be quick. I actually was not seen until 8:20 am the next morning. Almost 8hrs wait and no help rendered than being told to go back home and elevate my swollen leg. I wish the person I spoke to on 111 has made that suggestion. 9 hours of waiting. Their triaging was excellent but it’s like they don’t have any doctor on site or have only one doctor working through the night. It’s very bad.
