I have had the need for endoscopy (specifically a colonoscopy) at the Chichester Treatment Centre at St. Richards. This was to check for possible presence of bowel cancer.
Everyone at the centre was extremely pleasant and helpful, but I wish to praise all of the clinical staff in particular.
Given that they ultimately could have to be informing one of a very serious issue as it was detected , they went to great lengths to ensure that I was fully aware of the procedure, and to allay any concerns that I might have.
At every stage they checked that I was not in any discomfort, and all parts of the procedure were explained to me as they happened.
In the recovery area also the staff were most attentive, to make sure that I was sufficiently recovered to leave.
Thank you to the doctors, nurses and all personnel for your excellent care and attention
"Excellent Experience"
