"The staff here are brilliant"

I arrived here 4 days ago via the emergency department. I waited for around an hour before being seen by the triage nurse, then another couple of hours before being seen to by a doctor. I got an x-ray and other things before being brought in here. The emergency department was very hectic, but all the staff were excellent.

The staff here are brilliant, they are very professional and work very hard. The food is very nice, there is a great variety on offer too. The ice-cream for dessert is the best.

The staff provide me with great updates every few hours and let me know what medication I am receiving. The facilities are fine, sometimes the toilets are not very clean. I am comfortable here too.
