I've been attending the creative wellbeing course at recovery college. It's encouraging and provides strategies for coping with mental health.

Hello velafh68 thank you so much for taking the time to give your feddback about our courses and service. It is fantastic to here that the creative wellbeing course has been both encouraging and helpful with regards to strategies. I will be sure to pass this feedback to the Peer Trainer who teaches this course and I am sure they will be encouraged themselves to hear your opinion
